NNA – Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Judge Bassam Mawlawi, announced on Monday evening the winners in some districts in Lebanon’s 2022 parliamentary elections, pending the results of the remaining districts. “Despite all the difficulties and skepticism, we were able to hold elections successfully,” Mawlawi said. “All the skepticism campaigns that accompanied the sorting of results did not affect our work, nor that of officials and judges, who worked day and night to carry out their patriotic duty, to contribute to the salvation of the country, and to issue the results,” he said. “The voting rates are not low but rather good, and they are almost similar or slightly lower than the percentages of previous elections,” Mawlawi added. Mawlawi announced the legislative elections’ vote count results as follows:
Winners in South II: Nabih Berri, Hussein Jashi, Ali Khreis, Inaya Ezzedine, Ali Oseiran, and Michel Moussa.
Winners in South I: Abdel Rahman Al-Bizri, Osama Saad, Saeed Al-Asmar, Charbel Massaad, and Ghada Ayoub.
Winners in Mount Lebanon I: Ziad Al-Hawat, Raed Berro, Nada Al-Bustani, Neemat Frem, Shawki Daccache, Farid el Khazen, Simon Abi Ramia, and Salim Al-Sayegh.
Winners in Bekaa I: Ramy Abu Hamdan, George Okeis, Michel Daher, Elias Stephan, Salim Aoun, Bilal Al-Hashimi, and George Bushkian.
Winners in Bekaa II: Qabalan Qabalan, Wael Abu Faour, Hassan Murad, Yassin Yassin, Charbel Maroun, and Ghassan Skaf.
Winners in Mount Lebanon III: Ali Ammar, Pierre Bou Assi, Hadi Abu Al-Hassan, Alain Aoun, Fadi Alama, and Camille Chamoun.
Winners in Bekaa III: Antoine Habshi, Hussein Hajj Hassan, Ghazi Zaiter, Ihab Hamadeh, Ali Miqdad, Ibrahim Al-Moussawi, Antoine Habashi, Jamil Al-Sayyed, Samer Al-Toum, Yanal Muhammad Solh, and Melhem Muhammad Al-Hujairi.

أعلن وزير الداخلية بسام مولوي خلال مؤتمر صحافي نتائج الانتخابات في بعض الدوائر, وقال: “بلغت نسبة الاقتراع في دائرة الشمال الثالثة 44.2 في المئة والفائزون هم ستريدا جعجع ووليم طوق وميشال معوض وطوني فرنجية وغياث يزبك وجبران باسيل وأديب عبد المسيح وجورج عطالله وميشال الدويهي”.
أما الفائزون في دائرة الجنوب الثالثة “هم حسن فضل الله ومحمد رعد وعلي فياض وهاني قبيسي وعلي حسن خليل والياس جرادي وأيوب حميد وقاسم هاشم وفراس حمدان وأشرف بيضون وناصر جابر”.
وفي وقت سابق أعلن مولوي أن نسبة الاقتراع في دائرة المتن وصلت الى 42.6 %”.
وأضاف: “الفائزون بدائرة الشوف – عاليه: مارك ضو أكرم شهيب نزيه متى راجي السعد تيمور جنبلاط جورج عدوان مروان حماده نجاة عون صليباسيزار أبي خليل بلال عبدالله حليمة القعقورغسان عطالله فريد البستاني”.
أما الفائزون في دائرة جبل لبنان الثانية – المتن “هم ملحم رياشي وسامي الجميل وميشال المر والياس حنكش وابراهيم كنعان والياس بوصعب ورازي الحاج وأكوب بقرادونيان”.
وفي وقت أسبق, اشار مولوي الى ان 4 دوائر صدرت نتائجها بشكلٍ نهائيّ وتمّ التوقيع عليها وما تبقّى من دوائر يستمرّ العمل على فرزها.
واضاف مولوي: بلغت نسبة الاقتراع في الجنوب الثانية 48.8% والفائزون هم نبيه بري حسن عز الدين حسين جشي علي خريس عناية عز الدين علي عسيران ميشال موسى.
وتابع: الفائزون في دائرة جبل لبنان الأولى هم زياد الحواط ،رائد برو ،ندى البستاني، نعمة افرام، شوقي الدكاش، فريد الخازن، سيمون أبي رميا وسليم الصايغ.
وفي جزين الفائزون هم غادة ايوب وعبدالرحمن البزري واسامة سعد وسعيد الاسمر وشربل مسعد.
في البقاع الأولى (زحلة) فاز كلّ من: جورج عقيص الياس اسطفان، بلال الحشيمي، رامي أبو حمدان، سليم عون ،جورج بوشكيان وميشال ضاهر.
الفائزون في دائرة البقاع الثالثة محافظة بعلبك-الهرمل حسين الحاج حسن، غازي زعيتر، علي المقداد، إبراهيم الموسوي ،إيهاب حمادة ،جميل السيد،سامر التوم، ينال صلح وملحم الحجيري كما فاز أنطوان حبشي.
اكد مولوي على أن الصندوق رقم 18 من ألمانيا ليس مفقوداً بل وصل وجرى نقله من مصرف لبنان إلى قصر عدل بيروت وقد سُلّم إلى لجان القيد العليا ليتمّ فرزه وما حُكي عن أنّه لم يصل إلى لبنان غير صحيح

وزير الداخلية بسام المولوي بان نتائج دائرة الشوف – عاليه النهائية أظهرت حصول لائحة الشراكة والارادة على 7 مقاعد، و3 مقاعد للائحة توحدنا للتغيير، و3 مقاعد للائحة الجبل.
واعلن مولوي في مؤتمر صحفي من وزارة الداخلية حول نتائج الانتخابات النيابية، بان الفائزين بدائرة الشوف – عاليه هم: مارك ضو ونجاة عون صليبا وحليمة القعقور (مجتمع مدني)، أكرم شهيب وراجي السعد وتيمور جنبلاط ومروان حماده وبلال عبدالله (الحزب التقدمي الاشتراكي)، جورج عدوان ونزيه متى (حزب القوات اللبنانية)، سيزار أبي خليل وغسان عطالله وفريد البستاني (التيار الوطني الحر).
وعلى صعيد دائرة بيروت الاولى، اعلن مولوي فوز: غسان حاصباني (القوات اللبنانية)، نقولا صحناوي (التيار الوطني الحر)، نديم الجميّل (الكتائب اللبنانية)، جان طالوزيان (لائحة الكتائب اللبنانية)، بولا يعقوبيان (مجتمع مدني)، آغوب ترزيان (الطاشناق)، جهاد بقردوني (قوات لبنانية)، وسينتيا زرازير (مجتمع مدني).
وأعلن مولوي أن “نسبة الاقتراع في دائرة المتن بلغت 48.6 في المئة والفائزون هم ملحم الرياشي ورازي الحاج (حزب القوات اللبنانية)، وسامي الجميّل والياس حنكش (حزب الكتائب اللبنانية)، وابراهيم كنعان والياس بو صعب (التيار الوطني الحر)، وميشال المر (مستقل)، وهاغوب بقرادونيان (طاشناق)”.

وأعلن رسميّاً في الجنوب الثالثة، فوز الياس جراده وفراس حمدان (معاً نحو التغيير)، محمد رعد، حسن فضل الله، علي فياض، علي حسن خليل، أشرف بيضون، أيوب حميد، هاني قبيسي، ناصر جابر، قاسم هاشم (لائحة الأمل والوفاء).
Sunday’s vote early results: LF, independents make significant gains
Lebanese Democratic Party leader Talal Arslan, Arab Tawhid Party leader Wiam Wahhab, and Assaad Hardan of the Syrian Socialist Nationalist Party have lost in Sunday’s parliamentary vote, according to early results.
Meanwhile, the LF said it won at least 20 seats, adding five members from the 2018 vote. This would make it the largest Christian bloc in parliament, replacing the Free Patriotic Movement.
The October 17 forces said they won at least seven seats, three in Beirut II, three in Chouf-Aley and one in South III, with a reported probability of a second breakthrough in the South III.
Hardan, a strong Hizbullah ally in the third district in the South reportedly lost his seat to the independent candidate Elias Jradeh, while another independent, Mark Daou, running in the Mount Lebanon region of Aley against longtime Druze politician Talal Arslan, said he’s “heading to a big victory.”
In Beirut II, the list backed by ex-PM Fouad al-Saniora won one seat and the Hizbullah, Amal, FPM list won three seats, while the October 17 forces won at least two seats. The PSP candidate on Saniora’s backed list, MP Faisal al-Sayegh, lost his seat to the Druze candidate who ran on MP Fouad Makhzoumi’s list. The latter’s list won two seats.
In Beirut I, the LF have won so far 3 seats, while independent candidate Paula Yaacoubian’s list Li Watani won two seats, the FPM won two and the Kataeb two (Nadim Gemayel)
In Sidon-Jezzine, the LF won 2 seats and the Free Patriotic Movement and Amal lost in an unprecedented defeat in this district. Ghada Ayyoub (LF), Abdel Rahman al-Bizri, Oussama Saad, Said al Asmar (LF) and independent candidate Charbel Massaad won the highest votes in the district.
In Batroun, FPM chief Jebran Bassil maintained his seat while the LF won the second seat by a higher number of votes.
In West Bekaa, according to early results, Hassan Murad, Wael Abou Faour, Qabalan Qabalan, Charbel Maroun, independent candidate Yassin Yassin, and Ghassan Skaf will likely win, while Deputy Speaker Elie Ferzli will likely lose. In Akkar, the FPM won three seats while ex-Mustaqbal affiliated, MP Hadi Hbeish, has lost.
In Tripoli-Minieh-Dinniyeh, Justice Minister Ashraf Rifi’s list has won at least 3 seats, for the first time, with one seat to an allied LF candidate and Faisal Karami’s seat .
In the Metn district, the Kataeb, the LF, and the FPM have won 2 seats each. Michel Murr and Hagop Pakradounian have also won.
In Baadba, the FPM lost one of its past seats to an LF-allied candidate Camille Chamoun of the National Libaral Party (al-Ahrar).
