Nissan’s ousted chairman Carlos Ghosn has been re-arrested in Japan. Prosecutors claim Ghosn — who was initially detained last month for alleged financial misconduct — used Nissan funds to cover investment losses of 1.85 billion yen. The new arrest comes a day after a Tokyo court rejected a request from prosecutors to extend his detention. Ghosn can now be detained for up to 20 more days.
